MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-      

            Complainant has filed C.C.Case No. 64/2024 U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019 . On the strength of advance petition filed by the Ops matter taken up today for hearing. Ld. Adv. for Complainant present before this Commission. Heard both the parties in length.

            It is submitted by the Ld. Adv. for the Ops that the Complainant has not deposited the amount as per order dt. 04.06.2024. it is submitted by the Counsel for Complainant that he is arranging  money to settle the entire loan in OTS and clear the loan. If the Complainant makes as application for OTS  then the same may be consider sympathetically by the Ops and the Ops shall deduct 2/3^rd of the overdue interest ,if the Complainant pays the entire amount in OTS within a period of one month from the date of receipt  of the order and till such time the Ops shall not repossess the vehicle.         

With the aforesaid observation and direction the C.C.Case No. 64/2024 is accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                         Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
