Complainant present Opposite Party No.1 also present. Opposite Party No.2 version filed, copy given to other side. On a direction by the Forum both parties discussed the matter and reported that the matter is settled between parties. The condition arrived is as follows.

Today the Opposite Party No.1 paid Rs.2,100/- to the Complainant which is the disputed amount and Rs.100/- as cost of the petition.

The Complainant undertakes that when the amount ie 2,100/- is received from the company, the same amount will be refunded to the Manager, Cheriyathottam Gas Agency. Soon and it is recorded by the Complainant in the complaint. This statement shall be a part of this order and the complaint is disposed of on such terms and conditions.
