Sh.Vipan Kumar Sharma son of Late Sh.Hans Raj Sharma, Resident of H.No.76 A, Sector 30-B, Chandigarh.

                                                            Versus

1.         M/s Chawla Brothers, SCO 1035, Sector 22-B, Opp. Bus Stand,Chandigarh.

2.         M/s A.M.Services Cabin no.II, First Floor,SCO 1034/35, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Parties

Present:           Complainant in person.

OP No.1 ex-parte.

Sh.Anil Saini, Manager/Representative of OP No.2.

 

Dated, the 8th day of April, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     Case taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Anil Saini s/o Sh.Harbhajan Saini, Manager/Representative of OP No.2-M/s A.M.Services.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP has replaced the mobile set in question with new one of the model i.e. Samsung Mobile 2130 bearing IMEI No.358125034681885 with fresh warranty for one year from today i.e. 8.4.2011. The new mobile set has been handed over to the complainant today in the Lok Adalat.  The old mobile set in question is already lying with OP No.1.

 

Statement of Sh.Vipan Kumar Sharma s/o Late Sh.Hans Raj Sharma, Complainant in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Anil Saini, Manager/Representative of OP No.2. I have received new mobile set of model Samsung Mobile 2130 bearing IMEI No.358125034681885 from OP No.2. I withdraw my complaint as satisfied”

 

2.                     The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements.

3.                     Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn his complaint as satisfied, the same is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
