This case coming on 22-7-2014 for filing Complainant’s Affidavit in the presence of Sri.K.V.Naidu, Advocate for the Complainant, and the Opposite Party is being exparte, having stood over till this day for consideration, the Forum made the following:
DOCKET ORDER
(As per the Honourable President FAC on behalf of the Bench)
1. The Claim of the Complainant is to direct the Opposite Party to refund the amount of Rs.5,000/- with interest @ 24% p.a., from 21-03-2011 with costs too and to pay Rs.50,000/- towards damages for the negligence of the Opposite Party to the Complainant.
2. While so, when the matter is called, on 22-7-2014, the Complainant called absent even direction given by this Forum, hence, complaint is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
Dictated to the Stenographer, transcribed by him, corrected and pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 22nd day of July, 2014.
