ORDER

Statement of Sh. Om Parkash son of Sh. Lachhman Dass aged about 65 years, Resident of H.No.4487, Arya Samaj Chowk, Middu Mal Street,Bathinda agent of opposite parties No.1 to 3 on oath and Sh. Tarun Ahuja, counsel for opposite party No.4 W.O. Stated that the opposite parties are ready to pay Rs.11,600/-as full and final settlement of the claim to the complainant. Opposite parties No.1 to 3 have handed over a cheque amounting Rs.7,600/- to opposite party No.4 and has paid Rs.3,000/- in cash to the complainant today. Now opposite party No.4 will pay a sum of Rs.8,600/-(Rs. 7,600/- cheque amount and Rs. 1,000/- extra from opposite party No.4) to the complainant after clearing of the cheque given by opposite parties No.1 to 3. RO&AC Member Member President, D.C.F. 6.1.10 Statement of Sh. Vijay Kumar Goyal son of Sh. Raj Kumar aged about 39 years Resident of H.No.259,Phase-I,Model Town, Bathinda, husband and authorised representative of the complainant on oath. Stated that I have read and heard the above said statement of opposite parties and I have accepted said settlement and shall be bound by the same and I have received Rs.3,000/- in cash today. I may be allowed to withdraw the complaint as fully satisfied. RO&AC Member Member President, D.C.F. 6.1.10 06.01.10 Present:Sh. Vijay Kumar, representative of the complainant. Sh. Naveen Kumar, counsel for opposite parties No.1to3. Sh. Tarun Ahuja, counsel for opposite party No.4. In view of above statements of complainant and opposite parties, the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are left to bear their own costs. File be consigned.
