When he requested to send the statements they sent it on 3.11.2003   taxes etc. were added.         

             Needless to mention, non-payment of card dues before the due date as mentioned in the bill attracts service charges @ 2.5% and service tax on it @ 8%.      

When be charged till the closure of the account, the complainant did not bother to close his account.

In the result the appeal is dismissed, however, without costs.
