The complainant is absent  . Attendance of Op has been filed .  Ld advocate for the Op moves this case and prays to dismiss the case in default . on perusal of  the record we find that the complainant is remaining absent continuously from 23/08/2012 It means that complainant has got no interest in this case . complainant has been warned to take necessary step on 13/02/2013 and 22/03/2013 . As the complainant has got not interest and is remaining absent continuously for 23/08/2012 hence case is dismissed in default
