Complainant and Opposite Party No.3 filed compromise dated 15.07.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh.1, we therefore direct OP No.3 to make the payment of Rs.11,000/- against full and final settlement of this case on or before 14.08.2015 positively.  It is further directed that complainant will hand over the original job card/handset with accessories to OP No.3 prior to receiving the above-stated amount.. 

This order shall be complied with by O.P. No.3 within a period 30 days failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole amount from the date of this order till payment.  

              Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and an additional copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
