The complainant is absent . He has been regularly absent from 17/08/2009 .

                 It appeares from the the perusa of the record that earlier notice was sent to the Op’s and the envelop containing the notice was returned back unserved . Thereafter on 01/08/09 the complainant sought for time to locate the address of the Op’s . Thereafter several dates such as 17/08/09, 10/09/09, 09/10/09, 04/11/09 and 22/11/09 but the complainant never appeared nor informed the Forum regarding the correct address of the Op’s , hence the members have taken the view that this case should be dismissed for non compliance by the complainant regarding the address of the Op’s and acordingly this case is dismissed for non complainance .
