M/s Cat Walk the Fashion People, A Unit of Krishana Son’s H.O. SCO No.26, Sector 17-E, Chandigarh, through its Proprietor.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Party

Sh.Atul Kapoor, Partner of OP alongwith counsel Sh.Paramjeet Singh, Advocate for OP.

 

Dated, the 25th day of February, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.B.S.Bisht, Advocate for Complainant.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP has replaced toy in question i.e. toy (helicopter) with new one of the same model. I have received the said new toy(helicopter) from the OP alongwith Rs.500/- in cash as compensation. The old toy in question is already lying with the OP. Now nothing is due towards the OP. Hence I withdraw the present complaint as satisfied.

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
