COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Complainant in person.

 

                     Today the case is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that due to some technical reasons, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file it afresh, in the interest of justice.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
