Counsel for the JD No.1 produced copy of order dated 5.2.2016 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has stayed the operation of the order passed by Hon'ble National Commission in this regard. Thereafter Learned Counsel for the DH made statement that the execution has been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and he withdrew the present execution application with liberty to file fresh after the vacation of stay order . In view of it, execution application is dismissed as withdrawn and DH/applicant is permitted to file fresh execution application after the disposal of the appeal in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
