ORDER

     Case file preponed and taken up today on the miscellaneous application No.88 of 2023 filed jointly on behalf of both the parties as the matter has been compromised between the parties. 

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Abhishek Sharma, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the complainant has received an amount of Rs.1,19,900/- through bank draft as full and final settlement amount from OP and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
