Advanced to today since compromise petition signed between the counsels for the complainant and the opposite party filed before the Commission stating that the opposite party had given a cheque for Rs.9482/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Two) in full and final satisfaction of the complainant’s claim No.9311167300) in respect of the Care Health Insurance Policy bearing No.48788915 for the period from 13.11.2022 to 12.11.2023.  Complainant’s counsel also endorsed on the compromise petition that “cheque received hence not pressing the complaint”.  Based on the above compromise petition filed today, the case is closed as ‘settled’.

Pronounced in the Open Commission this 27^th day of July 2023.
