Comp is absence on call and no steps taken on his behalf. Today is fixed for filing reply the compt at last chance. It appears from the case record that since 16.01.2019 the case is pending for filing reply by compt in respect of interrogatories but since then on 15.03.2019, 14.05.2019, 04.07.2019,14.08.2019, 31.10.2019 and today on 27.12.2019 comp is absence on call and failed to file repy in respect of the interrogatories filed by the O.P. Ld. Adv of the O.P assailed that inspite of fixing the case for filing reply by the compt as last chance, the compt failed to filed the same and is absence and successive date without steps and submits to dismiss the case for default. So in this forum in the opinion that the compt is not interested to proceed with the case as such the complaint case is liable to dismissed. Hence order that the complainant case being No. 14 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed due to non prosecution.
