                      The complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and now nothing remains due towards the Op, so he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                       In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
