This Execution Application is filed by the petitioner/decree Holder against the Judgment Debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in F.A. No.810/2011 in CC.No.27/2010 dated 19.04.2013 failing which,  to issue warrant of arrest U/S 27 of Consumer Protection Act 1986. 
 No representation for Decree Holder.  Sufficient opportunities given.  Passed over and called twice.  Hence, we are of the view that no purpose in keeping the Execution Application   pending.  Execution Application  closed for non prosecution.  No cost.
