Called out. Counsel for the applicant Sri Nitin Khanna and ld. counsel for the respondents Sri K.N. Shukla are present.

The appellant has moved application for correction in the judgment passed in appeal no.959 of 2018 on 14.2.2024.

Heard. Perused the judgment. At page no.8 of the judgment, it has been specifically mentioned that if the vehicle has not been repaired within a month then the complainant will get special compensation of Rs.2 lacs but in the order this amount has been mentioned as Rs.1,50,000.00.

So, the amount mentioned in the order as Rs.1,50,000.00 be amended at Rs.2 lacs.

Let the correction be made and the misc. application is disposed of accordingly.
