ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for filing written statement of opposite
party.
Shri Hemendra Singh Dogar complainant has made a statement that
“I am ready for full and final settlement with the opposite party for a sum of Rs.1 lac..”
On the other hand, Shri Jai Shankar, AR on behalf of opposite party has made a statement that” we are ready to settle the matter amicably.”
On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the Commission is
of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party to
pay Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lac only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of
receipt of copy of order. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.
File be consigned to the record room.
