                                    Today the case was fixed for arguments.

Shri Jay Shankar, AR on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 & 2

has made a statement of account of dated 15.09.2022 towards the BPTP outstanding only Rs.1,34,000/- towards stamp duty is due and payable by the customer.

                                    Shri  Rishipal Sharma, counsel for the complainant has made a

statement that keeping in view of the statement made by the representative of

BPTP, withdraw the present complaint on the instruction of the complainant.

                                    On the basis of the statement of both the parties,  the 

Commission is of the opinion that  the complaint is disposed off with the direction

to the complainant to deposit Rs.1,34,000/- which is due towards stamp duty

within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.  Copy of this order be

sent to the parties concerned free of costs.
