Today is fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the ops on the ground that this case is not maintainable.

This case is initially taken up for consideration at 1 pm and thereafter at 1:45 pm. At the above noted time mentioned the ops are found ready through their ld. Lawyers. But the complainant is found absent. No steps has been taken by the complainant. On call complainant is found absent.

This matter is clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss the case.

So, let this case be dismissed for non prosecution.
