Complainant is present in person along with Ld.Advocate Gargee Patole. Opposite Party No.1 is absent. Ld.Advocate Mr.Surana is present for Opposite Party No.2 and Mr.Ganesh Bhogle, Manager of Opposite Party No.3 is present. Complainant, Opposite Party No.2 and Opposite Party No.3 produced consent terms which are signed by the Complainant, Ld.Advocate-Patole for the Complainant and Ld.Advocate-Surna for Opposite Party No2 and Mr.Ganesh Bhogle for Opposite Party No.3. Aforesaid parties admitted consent terms. In view of consent terms, the Complainant is not prosecuting the complaint against Opposite Party No.1. Hence, complaint is disposed of in terms of consent terms
