ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.200/- to the complainant. It shall further pay a sum of Rs.200/- towards the cost, on the complainant returning the sub-standard pant piece in its present forum. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the o.p. shall suffer imprisonment for a period of 6 months.
