Sombir Vs. Blue Star

Present:       DH in person.

                   Sh. Nishant Katoch, Advocate alongwith Mr. Chetan Sharma in                           person for the JD.

 

                   Vakalatnama filed on behalf of JD. DH suffered a statement that in the above case he has received a Cheque no.306257 dated 27.12.2023 amounting to Rs.33,000/- (Rupees Thirty three thousand only) and the interest amount has been received through Paytm. So he withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied. A copy of Authority letter and a copy of cheque have been placed on the file.

                   In view of the statement made by the DH, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
