ORDER DATED 30.09.2015 – Contesting parties are absent and no steps taken on their behalf. The matter is pending for hearing on the petition filed by Op- 2 & 3. Hearing on setting aside could not be taken up due to absence of the complainant since from 13.01.15. In the meantime 12 adjournments has already been passed and also 9 months has already been passed but the complainant remained absent in those adjournments 06.02.15, 24.02.15, 19.03.15, 09.04.15, 08.05.15, 26.05.15, 12.06.15, 10.07.15, 29.07.15, 28.08.15 & last on 15.09.15. Hence, it is presumed that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case. And as such the complaint petition of the complainant is dismissed for default of the complainant.
