Present:       None for the complainant.

         

                   Neither the compliance of order dated 7.2.2024 has been done by the complainant nor complainant or his counsel appeared, despite calling the case several times since morning to upto 3:45 PM. It mean, complainant is not more willing to prosecute the complaint. Complaint is dismissed for want of non-compliance of order dated 7.2.2024, leaving the complainant to bear his own cost of litigation.

                     However, complaiant shall be at liberty to file fresh complaint, while doing the compliance in terms of order dated 7.2.2024, passed by this Commission and in fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of present complaint and its fate and will also attach the copy of this order. File be consigned to the records.
