                                                ORDER

                        As per the office report, no stay order or any other order has been received from the New Delhi or any other Court.

                        This is an application for refund of Rs.25  accrued thereon, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal.

                        Counsel for the applicant/appellant has submitted that against the order dated 7.2.2003 passed by the District Forum the applicant/appellant had filed an appeal, which was dismissed vide order dated 30.4.2003, by this Commission. He has further submitted that the applicant/appellant filed Revision Petition No. 2275 of 2003 in the New DelhiIn support of his contention the applicant/appellant has placed on record Affidavit of Sh. R.K.    

                        In view of the above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal, 

                        The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Necessary intimation, in this regard, shall be sent to the District Forum, concerned.
