Today learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia has appeared.

A compromise (paper No. 97) has already been filed on record on dated 09.02.2023, which was accepted by both the parties to the appeal alongwith their counsel.

Today in compliance of the above compromise, the respondent has deposited on 10.02.2023 a cheque No. 936690 for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) dated 09.02.2023 of Punjab National Bank in favour of the appellant.

As the compliance has been made by the respondent according to the terms and conditions of the above compromise, hence the appeal is decided accordingly in terms of compromise.

A compromise (paper No. 97) shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith compromise and original record be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
