During the course of proceedings, Sh.Sanjeev Chopra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant appeared and got recorded his statement that he has received a Cheque No.007980 dated 10.01.2017 for Rs.17,500/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Sector 19-C, Chandigarh in favour of Complainant, Raman Jindal, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised between the parties. In view of statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
