ORDER

 

                        Agent of OP has produced copy of stay order dated 22.2.2011 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission in Revision Petition No.339 of 2011.

                        In view of the statement made by the complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble National Commission.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
