Present:                       None for the complainant.

Mr.Suresh Kumar, Manager Admin., authorized representative for the Op.

 

                       

Mr.Suresh Kumar, Manager Admin., has appeared on behalf of the Op and placed on record calculation sheet and also stated that order under execution has been fully complied with. After perusal of the file, it has come to the notice that the complainant is not appearing for the last many dates i.e. 23.02.2016, 29.03.2016, 06.05.2016 and 16.05.2016. Today case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 P.M. But again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It seems that order under execution has been complied with and the complainant is not interested to pursue the execution application as he is satisfied with the compliance made by the Ops. Hence, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
