2.         Lt. Col. S.S.Deswal, (Retired) S/o Sh.I.S.Deswal partner of M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure Company.

3.         Abhimanyu Deswal S/o Lt. Col. (Retd.) S.S.Deswal, partner of M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure Company.

            Both R/o House No.1411, Sector-21, Panchkula.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present: Mr.Jasdeep Singh Virk, Adv., for the complainant.

                        None for the Ops.

 

                       

Today the case is fixed for appearance of the Ops. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
