1.        M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure Company a partnership firm having its branch office at House No.1411, Sector-21, Panchkula.

2.         Lt. Col. S.S.Deswal (Retired) S/o Sh.I.S.Deswal partner of M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure Company.

3.         Abhimanyu Deswal S/o Lt. Cil, (Retd.) S.S.Deswal, partner of M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure Company.

Mr.Suresh Kumar, Manager Admin, authorized representative for the Ops.    

Mr.Suresh Kumar, Manager Admin., appeared on behalf of Ops against notice u/s 27 of the CPA and stated that order under execution had already been complied with. Today counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which she states that she has received three cheques of Rs.10,00,000/-, Rs.72,210/- and Rs.11,40,361/- vide bearing No.000866, 000874 & 000867 dated 10.06.2016 respectively drawn on Punjab and Sind Bank, Sector-5, Panchkula already placed on record on 18.04.2016. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, she wants to withdraw her present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.  

                                    A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
