ORDER

L.C. for both sides and complainant No.2 as well as O.p. present in person. Application filed for advancement of the case, and the same is allowed. The L.C. for both sides submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties by way of a compromise and also sought permission to file a compromise petition. Permission granted. Compromise petition signed by both parties, as well as their L.C. filed. O.p. who is present in person submitted that he has gone through the compromise and signed the ame. We are satisfied that the compromise is entered between the parties voluntarily, hence, the same is accepted. As per the terms of the contract an amount of Rs.30000/- has been paid to the complainant by the O.P. This fact is admitted by complainant No.2 who is present before the Forum. As there is no more complaince we proceed to pass following order: Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn in view of mutual settlement b/w the parties. Parties to bear their costs. Give a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules. Return the original documents.
