ORDER:

                     Learned counsel for complainant made statement that complainant will submit the required documents as mentioned in the letter dated 15.5.2015 with the opposite parties within 15 days and thereafter, the claim be decided by the opposite parties. He requested for disposal of the complainant as per statement.

                    In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the  complainant, the complainant is directed to complete all the claim formalities within 15 days and thereafter the opposite parties would decide his claim within 30 days from the receipt of documents. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
