                    Today the execution application was fixed for making remaining payment by the JD. Learned counsel for DH suffered a statement to the effect that the decree holders have received full and final payment from the JD and nothing is due. Hence, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

        In view of statement of learned counsel for DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
