ORDER

     The case was fixed for arguments on the point of territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. At this stage, complainant puts an endorsement on the front page of the consumer complaint itself that he withdraws this complaint to file in appropriate court. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Forum/Court/Authority having territorial jurisdiction in the matter. As prayed for, additional sets of complaint and documents have been returned to the complainant after retaining one main file set.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
