          MR. JUSTICE VIRENDRA SINGH, PRESIDENT (ORAL)                              This is an appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against the order dated 27-04-2014 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No.138/2013.

            This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of appellant. A perusal of the record shows that order dated 27-05-2014 which has been passed by the District Consumer Forum in pending complaint fixing on 23-08-2014 thereby affording opportunity to file written statement to opposite party no.4, has been challenged by way of this appeal against which this appeal is not maintainable being the impugned order an interim order.

            Hence, this appeal is hereby dismissed as not maintainable.
