ORDER

     Cheque amounting to Rs.22,470/- handed over to the counsel for complainant in compliance of the order dated 09.02.2017 passed by this Forum. Photocopy of cheque retained. Endorsement on the photocopy of cheque made by counsel for complainant that order has been complied with and cheque received subject to its realization. In view of the same, the present execution/complaint for offence under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed as withdrawn and it will have impact of acquittal of accused for the aforesaid offence.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
