ORDER

     Perusal of the record shows that authorized representative of complainant was present on the previous date of hearing i.e. 02.05.2018. Today neither complainant nor his authorized representative appeared despite knowledge. The complaint is at the stage of filing rejoinder and rebuttal evidence. Evidence is not complete. Even on 16.03.2018, none had appeared for the complainant. This shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of this complaint despite the fact that he happens to be learned practicing advocate. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for want of appearance of the complainant as well as non prosecution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
