                     Sh. Ravi Nayak, counsel for the complainant has received a Cheque of Rs.20824/- from the learned counsel for the OP and appended a note on the first page of the application that he withdraws this E.A. subject to realization of the Cheque.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application s dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.
