Complt Advance E Services Pvt. Ltd. is represented by Mr. Aninda Hazra on the basis of a letter of authority. We have perused the petition of complaint filed u/s 12 of C. P.  Act and the annexures. A plain reading of the petition of complaint simply highlights to the fact that the impugned dealing of the complainant with the o.p. M/s. B.S.N.L. is based on commercial purpose to further their business aiming at profitaring gain. Having due regard to the circumstances, we are of the candid opinion the complt cannot be treated and described as a consumer as provided u/s 2 (D) (ii) of the C. P. Act, 1986 and accordingly the petition stands rejected with  a liberty given to the complt. to ventilate his grievance in proper forum/court.
