Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant, whereas learned counsel Sh. Mukesh Nautiyal for respondent No. 1 as well as learned counsel Sh. Kushal Gulati for respondent No. 2 has appeared.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has not submitted his Vakalatnama inspite of order, but today appellant has not responded, hence the appeal is hereby dismissed in the absence of the appellant. No order as to costs of the appeal.
