| Final Order / Judgement | The Advocate for complainant is found absent on repeated calls & no step taken today in this case. It is seen from the case record that the complainant is found absent since 17.03.2021,19.03.2021,24.03.2021,30.03.2021 & today also. We perused the case record along with relevant documents filed by the complainant. The Complainant has mentioned in his complaint petition in Para-1 that the complainant is carrying business in different states within India & hires several vehicles to meet his business requirement from time to time. He has a transport Office named Ajeet Road Llines Daavesh complex Ring Road No2 lunked petrol pump Hirapur,Raipur,Chhattisgarh. As per tax in voice(page-11) of Bharat Benz(Op-1) speaks that the complainant was the owner of Azad motor co. near Bank of India main Road,Ps-Barbil,Keonjhar & he shifted in his name & address to Ajeet Road Lines Daavesh complex Ring Road.No2 lunked petrol pump Hirapur,Raipur,Chhattisgarh for his self interest. It is very clear & transparent that the complainant having transport business in different states within India. In these circumstances the complainant may not be a consumer in eye of consumer protection Act. Hence we are not going to fact & nature of this case only to say the complaint petition is not come under perview of this commission & same is rejected. However complainant is at liberty to go to proper forum for seeking relief. If likes. Copy be supplied if applied for. | |
