2.       Bajaj Auto Ltd. Through its Managing Director sh. Rajeev Bajaj Head Office Akurdi, Pune-411035.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person along with Mr. Ravinder Sharma, Advocate.

 

                   Today the complainant has filed an application for putting up the case file and further permitting to withdraw the present complaint. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for. Case is preponed from 17.12.2019 to today. 

Complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised between the parties, so, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
