                     Today, the case was fixed for filing of reply to the application for setting aside the exparte order by complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  It is already 3.50 pm.  No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint and thus the same stands dismissed in default due to non appearance of complainant.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
