The complainant as well as opposite party are not present and both of them have not filed affidavits as directed by the Forum. The case was posted on 11.11.97 and the complainant was absent on that day also. The conduct of the complainant shows, that he was not deligent in prosecuting the complaint. Hence, we have no alternative to dismiss the complaint. Complaint stands dismissed. No costs.
