                   Mr. Nitin Kadian, counsel for the complainants has filed power of attorney on behalf of complainants and suffered a statement that as per the instruction of the complainants as they does not want to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

2.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Nitin Kadian, counsel for the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
