M/s Berkeley Automobiles Ltd. Berkeley House 27, Ind. Area, Phase I, Chandigarh.

                        ORDER

 

1.                     Keeping in view the spirit of Lok Adalat, the parties appeared and the complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Anil Sharma s/o Sh.Kamaljit Sharma, Complainant in person.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. I have received Sale Letter, Form No.22, copy of Insurance, all in originals, in respect of my vehicle and cheque No.489249, dated 17.1.2011 amounting to Rs.4041/- drawn on SBI, Ind.Area, Ph-I, Chandigarh, in my name, as my balance payment from the OP, towards full and final settlement to my satisfaction. Hence I withdraw the present complaint as satisfied”

 

2.                     In view of the statement given by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
