                        The case is posted today for appearance of the Opposite Parties. The post of both members are lying vacant. The learned advocate for the complainant is present and filed a memo to withdraw the case on the grounds stated thererin that the dispute has already been settled among both the parties outside of this Commission and the O.P. basing on the compromise solved all the disputes with full and final satisfaction of the complainant as thus the complainant does not want to proceed with this proceeding any further and submitted the not press memo with a prayer to withdraw the case against the O.Ps. Verified the memo and the memo is allowed. As the complainant is prayed to withdraw the case, accordingly the case is closed.

            Copy of the order be issued to the parties free of cost.
